What You’ll Do
As the Warehouse Lead, you will oversee and support day-to-day warehouse operations for the morning shift, ensuring efficient material handling, team coordination, and operational accuracy. Your role will be hands-on — leading by example, operating equipment safely, and maintaining clear communication with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members. You will play a key role in upholding our safety standards and workflow efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Team Coordination:
  • Lead warehouse associates in daily tasks, including receiving, storage, staging, and order picking
  • Assign work, provide direction, and monitor task completion to ensure productivity
  • Collaborate with supervisors to support operational goals and staffing needs
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members
Equipment & Safety:
  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
  • Conduct equipment checks and enforce safety protocols
  • Promote a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Communication & Bilingual Leadership:
  • Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish
  • Relay instructions and operational updates clearly across shifts and departments
  • Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and inclusivity
Inventory & Accuracy:
  • Support accurate order picking and inventory counts
  • Identify and report discrepancies or inefficiencies in real time
  • Assist with basic data entry and documentation when needed

Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience in a lead or senior associate role
  • Proven forklift experience and certification (required)
  • Ability to pass an on-site assessment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in cold storage or refrigerated environments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Job Type: Full-time 
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
