Role Summary:

The Management Trainee Program is designed for individuals with a strong drive to learn and lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This full-time program offers immersive, hands-on experience across several departments, including operations, logistics, inventory control, quality assurance, and more. You will receive mentorship and training while learning to manage people, processes, and performance. Upon successful completion of the 18-month program, high-performing trainees may be placed into leadership or specialized roles within the company.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
 

Key Areas of Learning & Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Operations & Logistics

  • Learn daily operations of warehouse, transportation, and supply chain functions
  • Shadow leaders and participate in improvement initiatives and logistics planning
  • Support and analyze KPIs such as on-time delivery and cost efficiency

Inventory & Quality Control

  • Conduct cycle counts, quality inspections, and root cause analysis
  • Learn product flow and systems for traceability, labeling, and compliance

People Leadership

  • Learn best practices in workforce supervision, team scheduling, and conflict resolution
  • Participate in coaching and disciplinary processes
  • Gain exposure to labor regulations and performance reviews

Cross-Departmental Projects

  • Work closely with departments like Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance
  • Support initiatives that improve productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong interest in operations, leadership, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to work hands-on in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
  • Willingness to relocate for future management opportunities is a plus

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
