We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Implementation Training Consultant to support the upcoming rollout within our warehouse and operations environment. This is a contract role designed to ensure a smooth, well-prepared, and adoption-ready launch.

The consultant will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive training materials and documentation that translate complex ERP system workflows into practical, easy-to-follow resources for employees across all levels of the organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders in IT, supply chain, finance, and operations, this individual will serve as a critical bridge between technical implementation and end-user readiness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Development

  • Lead the design and development of a full ERP training curriculum 
  • Create end-user manuals, SOPs, job aids, and quick reference guides tailored to different user groups (end users, managers, and system administrators)
  • Translate ERP system workflows and processes into clear, step-by-step instructional documentation
  • Design training content that reflects the specific workflows and operational realities of our warehouse and distribution environment

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) across IT, finance, supply chain, and operations to validate accuracy of process documentation
  • Conduct working sessions with department leads to identify training gaps and tailor content to specific team needs
  • Serve as a resource and point of contact for training-related questions throughout the project lifecycle

Training Delivery & Knowledge Management
  • Support live and/or recorded training sessions leading up to system go-live
  • Organize all training materials and documentation within a central, accessible knowledge repository
  • Identify gaps in user knowledge or preparedness and proactively recommend supplemental materials or sessions
  • Contribute to change management efforts to build employee confidence and encourage system adoption

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • Proven experience developing training programs and documentation for ERP or enterprise-level systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to create process documentation, SOPs, training presentations, and end-user guides
  • Ability to translate complex technical system workflows into clear, accessible instructions for non-technical users
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience supporting full-cycle software or ERP system implementations
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • Prior ERP implementation experience in manufacturing, distribution, food production, or supply chain environments
  • Background in change management or organizational readiness initiatives
  • Experience creating video tutorials, screen recordings, or digital/eLearning modules
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
  • Familiarity with warehouse management workflows and inventory or fulfillment processes
